Caffeine can hinder the effects of therapy. We suggest that you refrain from caffeine for at least 4 hours prior to a session.
The latest research suggests that you have approximately 90 minutes of "Neuroplasticity" following a brain stimulation session! The best things to do during those 90 minutes would be to; take a brisk walk (observe new sites), read a book, meditation (mindfulness), drink plenty of water and take in protein.
