BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR SESSION

Start with a good night sleep (7-8hrs)

Our brains do NOT function well when we are not rested.

Stay hydrated

Our brain hates dehydration! Drink water until you pee clear (on treatment days).

Eat enough protein

Our brain consumes 30% of the protein we eat, so eating enough is extremely important, especially before and after your sessions.

Limit caffeine/ stimulants

Caffeine can hinder the effects of therapy. We suggest that you refrain from caffeine for at least 4 hours prior to a session.

After your session=Neuroplasticity

The latest research suggests that you have approximately 90 minutes of "Neuroplasticity" following a brain stimulation session! The best things to do during those 90 minutes would be to; take a brisk walk (observe new sites), read a book, meditation (mindfulness), drink plenty of water and take in protein.
